Provide coaching support to individuals and teams engaging in the authentic leadership journey, from frontline staff to senior management. My coaching approach is client centered and results oriented. We utilize the DiSC model as an assessment tool to improve work productivity, teamwork and communication.
It is important to note that a coaching relationship differs from a consulting, counselling, mentoring and/or training relationship. The job of the leader coach is not to fix, find solutions or mistakes, but to facilitate the process of change so that the coachee finds his/her own solutions through heightened awareness of self and others. In addition, the role of the leader coach is to help the coachee minimize resistance and reduce interruptions to contact while they move through the change process.
Although everyone’s experience with career transition is unique, the perspectives, tools, and support from our career coaching programs contribute to a smoother transition and positive results.
